Board approve pavement marking plan

SUGAR GROVE—The Sugar Grove Village Board on July 20 voted 5-0 to approve the 2011 Pavement Marking Program.

According to a document from Anthony Speciale, director of public works, and Geoff Payton, streets/properties supervisor, the program will remark the portion of Capitol Drive that stretches from Bliss Road to Galena Boulevard; the portion of East Park Avenue that stretches from Route 47 to Capitol Drive; and the portion of South Dugan Road that stretches from Route 30 to Fay’s Lane, including the quite zone markings.

The cost of the program is $9,000, which will be covered by funds from the 2011-12 fiscal year budget.
