ELBURN—The following summer events will take place at the Elburn Town and Country Public LIbrary, 320 E. North St., Elburn.

Summer Reading
Summer Reading is really moving along. There are already 920 children and teens and almost 400 adults registered for this year’s program entitled “Have Book—Will Travel!” Summer Reading runs from now through Friday, Aug. 2, so there is still plenty of time to sign up. Wherever you travel this summer, you can take a book, audio book or e-book to read. When you return from your trip, the library will have lots of prizes to award you.

Ravinia lawn tickets
The library has several pairs of Ravinia lawn tickets to give away to patrons. Stop in to see if your schedule allows you to take advantage of these tickets. One pair of tickets per family. Robin’s Dog Stars
Meet Robin Bengtson’s talented and furry four-legged entertainers on Thursday, July 11, at 11:30 a.m. Robin’s dogs will perform over 40 tricks. Robin will also share stories and facts about dogs. Everyone is welcome to attend this event.

Felting for teens
Natasha Lehrer from Esther’s Place in Big Rock invites you to come to the library to participate in a felting workshop on Tuesday, July 16, at 10:30 a.m. Tweens and teens (grades six through 12) will make a felted cell phone car- rying case. Registration preferred.
