Letter: In support of Wheeler for State Representative

By on March 6, 2014

I am writing this letter to urge support for Keith Wheeler in his campaign for election as State Representative for the Illinois House 50th District. Keith is a person for whom I have a great deal of respect and admiration. The 50th District encompasses all, and/or parts, of the villages of Elburn, Sugar Grove, Batavia, Yorkville, Montgomery and Oswego. It also encompasses much of the west central part of rural Kane County.

Keith has significant experience as a small-business entrepreneur, is actively involved with not-for-profit entities, including currently serving as a board chairman of the Kendall County Food Pantry, and has significantly political experience in his tenure as chairman of the Kendall County Republican Central Committee. He is a sixth generation Kendall County resident, and well acquainted with all areas within the 50th House District.

Keith has the youth, determination, leadership, skills and the political philosophies to serve our communities well into the future.

Keith’s campaign platform addresses the retention of businesses and jobs, reduced government spending, listening and cooperating with municipalities, school districts and other units of government, and reducing the role of government in our lives.

I urge you to support Keith Wheeler at the Republican Primary on March 18, and in the General Election on Nov. 4.
