Women’s rape defense class begins Oct. 31

KANELAND—Kaneland High School will offer a ladies’ Rape Aggressive Defense (RAD) class, which will take place on the following dates: from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 31; from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 7; and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 14.

The cost for the three-class RAD is $15, which includes lifetime renewals to take the class for free the rest of your life.

The class is open to females age 12 and older. It will teach self-protection and safety information.

The last day of class will feature a padded RAD instructor for simulation instruction.
