Nov. 5 Police blotter

The following reports were obtained from the local police departments. The individuals charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

• Chicago police, assisted by local law enforcement agencies, arrested Neil T. Tomsheck, 19, of the 300 block of North Fourth Street in Elburn, Thursday, Oct. 23, at his residence. He was charged with two counts of illegal drug possession with intent to deliver. He allegedly possessed more than 100 grams of methylenedioxymetham phetamine, known as Ecstasy, according to the Kane County State’s Attorney’s office. During a Kane County bond hearing Friday on the felony charges, Judge James Hallock set bail at $300,000. Tomsheck’s next court date is at 9 a.m. Nov. 5 in Courtroom 319 in front of Judge Tim Sheldon.

Sugar Grove

• Someone wrote graffiti on a sidewalk in the 1200 block of Hall Street, Sugar Grove sometime between Oct. 12 and Oct. 13.

• Liedgrin E. McGee, 27, of the 1300 block of Brandywine Circle, Batavia, was charged with driving on a revoked license and tinted side windows.

• Omar C. Cuaneti, 22, of the 500 block of Spruce Street, Aurora, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and operating a vehicle when registration was suspended and without insurance, at 5:56 p.m. on Oct. 20. He was northbound on Route 47.
